Karla is a mom of 2 wonderful boys. She's believes that each one of us has passion for something. She's been constantly praying to God what could that be for her. It was 2013 that she realized she loves makeup. However, she wears light makeup to herself, she wants to make other women feel more beautiful and confident about themselves.
She attended workshops that taught her the basics and she learned more through practice and application to other people for pro bono.
She went to Dubai to pursue a career. She became an HR Generalist to an employment firm and accepts makeup services during weekends. Dubai is a great place for Engagement shoots because of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and a lot more. The desert view that won't be skipped in every prenup and if the couple gets lucky there will be camels that joins their photoshoot.
Karla also had a chance to teach Basic Makeup at the Filipino Institute in Dubai where she shared her knowledge and experience about makeup to her fellow kabayans who wants to apply for jobs, or works in a corporate office, those who needs the skill for their current jobs and for women who wants to feel beautiful and confident despite their flaws.
Karla became very passionate about her craft that sometimes she never get to spend a day to rest as she juggle work on weekdays and booked for makeup on weekends. But surprisingly she never get tired of it. She couldn't be stopped.
After two years, she decided to go back to the Philippines for good, for her children and for her passion--makeup.
