about 6 years as a freelance host and coordinator. In 2008, he started as

told us that first and foremost, A perfect wedding comes from the clients
dream wedding. It won’t be perfect if its coordinator’s choice. This can be
perfect when their team meet or even exceed expectations from client’s

must be client’s choice. Their choices must come first. “As a coordinator,
we can suggest what’s best and suit for them, it’s up to them to listen and
agree, I always put in my mind that, this is their moment, they must come
first”, he noted.
John communicated with his respective clients with respect. He
makes it to a point to really give his clients a respect and gain their trust.
He treated them as friends, closer matters the most. He views them as his
friends and not just a typical client whom asking for his assistance. It is
very important to him to be connected with them and give them the best
quality time and memories that they can keep to lifetime.
John also asked how he handles pressure which will always
be present in every preparation and how he deals with those matters
concern. “I handle pressure by taking a deep breath and think that this
is my responsibility. I need to focus on dealing with pressure and to
conquer it. In every client there is always a pressure and we must face the
reality that we cannot please everybody. I learned a lot. Being a wedding
coordinator is like a farmer, no matter how hard the soil is, if you give your
hard work and dedication, you will reap what you sow”, he shared. He
learned along the way that through one’s hard work and dedication, one
can achieved a fruitful blessing and likewise the best outcome.
